My career history is from a customer service management background but I have owned and renovated a number of properties and always had an interest in and done all my DIY. Coming from this background I have a strong customer service ethic and when I came into this industry I had a desire to reverse the trend of poor service in the property maintenance sector. I pride myself in my superior service and communication with my customers and in doing a top quality job at a fair price.
I am based in Kings Heath and have a growing customer base in and around this area and have a lot of local connections with other trades people, schools, care homes and other business in general. I carry out work from the smallest jobs, which a lot of other trades people will refuse to do, right through to larger projects like kitchen renovations to extensions. On larger works I can project manage the whole job from start to finish so will bring in reliable, quality workpeople and take the hassle out of the work for you by managing them and giving you one point of contact and one invoice at the end of the job.
